SUMMARY / SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Invention refers to obtaining protein substance from sun-flower groats that can be used as a protein additive when processing different food stuff.
The existing techniques provide the utilization of a large amount of water for washing the groats which is too costly when organizing its consequent evacuation.
The proposed invention prescribes to recycle the water through its several time utilization, contributing to water and energy savings necessary to clean the water and to obtain the high quality protein substance from the sun flower groats.
