HARVESTING, TRANSPORTATION AND PROCESSING DEVICE FOR VEGETAL RAW MATERIAL

Innovation Type - methods, product

Potential beneficiaries - growers, processors, drug making industry, medical institutions and beauty product manufacturers.

DESCRIPTION/SPECIFIC FEATURES

Invention refers to methodology and equipment designed for vegetal raw material harvesting, processing and transportation. The prescribed procedure allows extracting most of the valuable components of the vegetal raw material thus considerably increasing the economic profitability of the prescribed processes.
The existing extraction methods allow obtaining volatile oils of inferior quality and typically consume higher energy. The existing device cannot ensure a mechanized, loss-free process of loading and unloading raw material, leaving a high rate of non-extracted volatile oil, and without ensuring a polyvalent usage of the valuable components of the raw material leftovers.
The present invention allows carrying out a combined, complete and selective processing of raw material. The time period for distilling (water steaming) and extracting (with dissolvent) processes is short and allows reducing the process-related costs.

ADVANTAGES

  • Improving energy savings;
  • Increasing the quality of the obtained substances;
  • Increases the extraction ratio by 99%;
  • Reduces the distilling/steaming by 30-40 minutes and the extraction process by 30-45 minutes;
  • The proponed equipment is multifunctional and as an extractor.
