SUMMARY:

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. It consists of four different devices for lateral distal displacement of permanent tooth: canine, first and second premolars.
Compared to existing devices, the new inventions allow to reduce the period necessary to correct the defects of the dental arch.
The invention result consists in excluding any pressure on the rear part of upper maxillar’s arch and creating conditions for combined action of inner- and extra-oral action over the displaced teeth.

ADVANTAGES

• Accelerating the placing process of canine, premolar One, permanent molars and permanent molar One. Preventing the sagital growth of the upper maxillar;
• Reducing the period of distalization for permanent molar One and Two and the possibility offered to patients to control the time and action process over the desplaced tooth.

Current stage of development - The device was used to treat 50 patient at the Cotaga Republican Clinic Hospital for Children and the Pediatric Dental Clinic from Chisinau.
