SUMMARY:

The essence of the invention is as follows: the dental cavity, root canals and the tooth top area is first treated mechanically, them ultrasonically, then the canals and tooth top area are washed with the 0,5% solution of BioR preparation obtained on the base of the biomass of the cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis strain in physiological solution. Then the rests of the BioR preparation are removed from each canal, the canal walls thus remaining wet, and are filled by the hot method.

DESCRIPTION/ SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Well-known methods of destroying forms of periodontitis treatment are associated with the high probability of worsening of the aesthetic air of the tooth. They can cause the color change as the result of silvering of the tooth root. Besides, silver oxidation can be followed by the reducing of its volume and apperance of the bare spots, on which the microflora is developing, causing the destruction processes: apperance of the bare spots in the root canals and long treatment period.
The methos proposed overcomes these disadvantages.
