SUMMARY:

Device for gum is used for the prothesis on dental endo-bone implantates. Device for gum proposed in this invention, is furnished with the anti-rotation system; it can be fixed and taken off, avoiding the destabilization and disturbance of implantate joint.

DESCRIPTION / SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS:
The device consists of the cylindrical case with penetrating longitudinal canal, with the internal threading in its mean section, needed to stabilize the fixing screw of implantate, and the plate to stop the fixing screw. The hight of the cylindrical case is modified in dependence on the thickness of the gum mucous.
An internal part of the case grades into the segment in the form of truncated cone and is ended with the external hexagonal prism, which size is correspondent to the internal hexahedron of implantate. The fixing screw consists of the cylindrical head with hexagonal cavity for the fixing key, and the needle with the threading on its free edge.
While the gum device is placed within the internal hexagon of implantate, further fixation is provided with the help of fixing screw.

ADVANTAGES

• The device is placed during the screwing only among the implantate, which permits to avoid its turning and the crush of the soft tissues;
• Fixing of the device position with the help of additional instrument (stomatological grease, gemostatic grease etc.) makes it possible to screw the device rigidly without the danger to „destroy” the implantate;
• Fixing of the device position will petmit to avoid the possibility of implantate unscrewing, as its withdrawal is performed separately: fixing screw and device are withdrawn separately.
