SUMMARY:

The invention is related to the method of obtaining of sodium hyaluronate, hyaluronic acid (HA) and hyaluronic acid-protein complex. Due to the using of the two-stage cold and hot extraction, the extraction degree of hyaluronic acid is increased and the quality of obtained products is improved.
According to the proposed method, chicken and rooster crests are used as raw material sources, which may be received from the local poultry farms as subproducts, which are not used directly for the obtaining of hyaluronic acid.
