The method of treating the sweet pepper seed consists of soaking the seeds before sowing in a special solution of vegetal origin for 12 hours. The obtained seeds are first grade with a germination rate of 98%.
The new method permits intensive soil utilization by reducing the land surface necessary to obtain the same quantity of high quality seeds.
