SUMMARY / SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS
In the rural area of our country more than 60% of houses are built using soil as a construction material and following an archaic method. This tendency clearly shows people desire to self finance their own house.
As energy price continues to increase when the major part of energy costs belong to managing the household needs, our solution encourages applying new technologies to considerably reduce energy consumption during the construction process and to reduce the costs. The construction material is kept organic during the entire life process: from extracting it up to processing and building houses.
ADVANTAGES
- High quality materials to be produced directly on the construction spot;
- Initial financial sources needed are much lower comparing to currently used expensive construction materials;
- Simple technology;
- Labour skills do not require specific qualification or experience.
Current stage of development - Soil has been already used as construction material proving to be resistant in our country and overseas.
