EVOLUTION OF „ALIER-55”-TYPE EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT FOR METAL SURFACE TREATMENT WITH SPARKLES

New equipment
The new portable “ALIER-55”-type equipment is designed for sparkle treatment of metal surface, and can be used both in manual regime along with the special instrument, and, in mechanic regime along with the special machine-adapted instrument
Traditional equipment
Currently, electroerosion treatment technology is applied to improve the reinforcement, wear resistance of cutters, punches, moulding forms for plastics, dimensions restoration of depreciated machine components, formation of specific components with electroerosion method (sparkle treatment).
