WHY CONVEYOR WINDMILL?

Low costs, high functionality!
Invention is related to the equipment transforming the wind energy into the mechanic one, and can be used for autonomous production of various power types. The invention result consists in the air blast intensification and stabilization of the wind wheel rotation speed.
The equipment includes the following components, consecutively connected with each other and making the closed circuit: windmill with the vertical rotation axis - a cinematic unit with the pump contacting the pressure and adsorption connection pipes; mechanism of power generator and circulation pump switching on; generator; thermal accumulator with heater and heat exchanger with circulation pump.
The equipment makes it possible to regulate the rotation speed. Thus, windmill operates at both high and low wind speed, although the nominal speed of the main shaft is regulated automatically.

ADVANTAGES

  • Intensification of air blast and stabilization of windmill rotation speed
  • Extension of application area of the transformed wind energy
  • Costs of electric power produced with the help of windmill make 75% on the costs needed for the production of electric power by conventional methods
  • Maintenance of the windmill is not costly
  • Due to the low rotation speed (10 – 15 rot/min), operation period will be increased
  • Production cost is not affected by the cost fluctuations of other fuels
  • Man involvement in operation is not needed.

Current stage of development - Technical design

Desired collaboration - Partnership, commercialization
