WHY NEW HYDROELECTRIC POWER STATION?

It is much simpler, more handily to install and operate! Hydroelectric power station involves the fixed platform with the possibility of its position regulation with relation to the level of flowing water, on which generator, centrifugal pump and multiplier is installed. The vertical shaft is connected to these. On the free end of the shaft the complex vertical motor is placed, containing the vertical axis, on which the blades are arranged with the hydrodynamic profile in normal section. The blades are connected with the mechanism for their orientation with regard to the flowing water. The platform is mounted on the river bank with the help of equipment assembled from four elements.
The idea to create the rotor with blades having the hydrodynamic profile have appeared as a result of computer modeling of blades interaction with water for various blades designs and kinematics parameter of flux. As a result of multi-criteria analysis, the possibility was shown to increase the coefficient of water kinetic energy transformation (Betz coefficient) by adequate selection of blades hydrodynamic profile and their optimal orientation towards the water flux at the different phases of rotor rotation.
