WHY NEW SOLAR DEVICE FOR WATER HEATING?

Offers the guaranteed quality, resistance and low cost!
The device is manufactured from polymers which makes it among the most saving in the world. Accumulating reservoir is filled with cold water and is accumulating the hot water as it is heating. The heater is operating automatically and is connected to the centralized water supply system. Water circulation may be multiple within a day, and water is heated up to the maximal temperature of 55 – 650C. The innovation consists in the using of accumulating reservoir, connected to the collector of heated water convey with the pipeline on which thermostat is installed. The collector adsorbs the solar energy and transforms it into the heated water, due to the difference of cold and hot water density (thermo siphon phenomenon), or pumps the water. A new solar heater was invented for those who appreciate the quality, but prefers savings.

ADVANTAGES

  • The costs are 2-3 times lower than the costs of the heaters-metal collectors
  • Possibility to install on roofs and other places difficult of access without using the costly mechanisms, as a consequence of low specific weight of polycarbonate - 0,8-1,5kg/m2
  • Long operation period due to the shock resistance (there were no destructions even when it was hailing and hails diameter was 20-30mm)
  • High transparency of polycarbonate - 77-86% and absence of fragility makes it possible to substitute the glass in the heater, which durability is 200 times lower

  • Resistance to the temperature variations from -40 to +130oC, without the significant changes in mechanic properties
  • Non-inflammability
  • Resistance to the chlorine compounds and corrosion permit to use the solar heaters in the swimming pools
  • Self-degradation of salts sediment on the collector walls due to the significant difference in their thermal expansion and that of polycarbonate.
