WHY TECHNOLOGY OF REGENERATIVE PHOTO-ELECTROCHEMICAL SOLAR CELLS FABRICATION?

It is simpler and less costly!
Invention is related to the conversion of solar energy into the electric one. Solar photo-electrochemical element consists from the organic glass vessel 1, with the transparent front wall, filled with water solution of Na2SiO3 2, in which the counter electrode 3 is inserted. On one of the vessel walls the semiconductor A3B5 photo electrode 4 is placed in such a way that its active surface is in contact with the water solution of Na2SiO3, and photo electrode with water contact 5 is placed on the opposite side. Under photo electrode illumination, the potentials difference occurs on the cell’s clamps, and photo-current flows in the external circuit. The invention result consists in the ions adsorption from electrolyte solution on the active surface of photo electrode. This results in the reducing of the corrosion and prevents the degradation of photo elements parameters.
