WHY VACUUM EVAPORATION STATION?

The station for evaporation of liquid (water) resulted from the paste production from tomatoes and fruit puree was elaborated to reduce the cost of the consumed power. The station contains the apparatus for vacuum processing, steam heater, vacuum pump. The evaporating station with vacuum using was conceived with the scope to increase the production output with the minimal investments.
