SUMMARY / SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Our invention solves the problem of toothing complexity. It enlarges toothing technological possibilities and increases product reliability.
Our mechanism of precise wheels toothing includes: a carcass, a rotational mechanism for wheels around the wheel vertical axe, a tool of a laser fascicle shape, high pressure water flow, an electron fascicle, X rays or electroerosion fibers, etc. The mechanism is also equipped with a computer remote control to coordinate the rotational and sphere spatial motions accordingly.

ADVANTAGES

  • sphere-spatial and rotational motions are ensured by a small part;
  • the move is made through servo-engines numerically driven according to the parameter equations describing the tooth profile;
  • modern unconventional technologies are used to get the profile of precisional toothed wheels (including: electron fascicles, microplasma, laser, high pressure water flow, X rays, filiform electroerosion, etc.
