THE EVOLUTION OF DESIGNING THE FIBROUS UNBURNABLE THERMO-PROTECTING MATERIAL:
New Material
Thermo-protecting material is made of a slaty fibrous tissue made of cylindrical glass fibers with surface covered by metal. The fibers have got a metallic substance core with a phase transformation covering 40-80% of the fiber transversal section. The production of these fibers is based upon a unique technology of micro-fibers casting following the Teylor–Ulitovsky technology designed in Moldova.
Traditional Materials
Traditional thermo-protecting materials are made of a simple fibrous tissue, while fibers of the tissue do not contain any protecting metallic substance characterized by a high degree of hardness.

- Fibers can be used to enlarge the variety of porous permeable materials with different functional purpose, such as: catalyst of inorganic synthesis, materials with shape recording capacity, filters, etc.
