WHY THE NEW PROCEDURE OF WOOD ANTISEPTIC TREATMENT?

It ensures a higher wood resistance against dote, mustiness, mildew, insects and rodents!
The innovation offers a new procedure of antiseptic wood treatment based on saturation with aqueous solution containing chromium, copper, nickel, zinc and ammonium chloride. The solutions are made of industrial wastes such as acid or basic solutions after chromium processing procedure, copper solution after printing plate treatment, solutions after zinc processing, etc. A formaldehyde solution is to be applied over the wood surface in order to diminish wood metal reaction capacity by oxides formation. As a result, metals in wood acquire a stable and a nontoxic state, and thanks to the applied substances are not exposed to corrosion.
