New Product
The new container fights all traditional disadvantages through adding a hermetic cylinder with a mobile feeding door able to rotate when needed thanks to a roller built in and a charging mechanism. Inside the device a mobile mechanism and a bunker are installed able to rotate as well. The bunker consists of separate rooms made of pipes linked by a metallic net. Perforated pipes are installed inside of each of the rooms connected to the cylinder to ensure the supply of thermo and chemical resources. Mobile and immobile bushes are installed inside perforated pipes to manage the supply through the pipe holes.
Traditional Equipment
The current design of containers does not ensure a homogeneous processing of raw material with water steam and does not avoid condensation. As a result, a substantial loss of volatile oil is registered leading to affecting quality through hydrolysis. The oil extraction degree is also diminished because a deeper processing of the raw material after distillation through chemical extraction is not possible.
