WHY A NEW DEVICE TO PRODUCE BIO-DIESEL FUEL OUT OF VEGETAL OIL?

An ecologic biodiesel fuel of high quality is available at low costs !
The device for producing Biodiesel out of vegetal oils consists of:
1. A processing reactor (1),
2. Washing reactor and mixing reactor (13),
3. Heat exchangers, separators (3) and cooler.
The processing reactor includes a multiple room blender (8), two recipients to distribute and receive, a receptor and an evacuator and a sub-blender (12). The multiple room blender is made of a cylindrical body, with a vertical axle inside. On the axle discs with inlets are installed to divide the blender into mixing rooms. The mixing reactor fixed upon the external surface of the processing reactor has got a spiral shape. The washing reactor has got a cylindrical shape with a pillar centrally installed so that the heat exchanger can divide the coupled washing and steaming receptors.
The new equipment can be used to produce liquid fuel out of vegetal oil and micro-molecular alcohol to supply chemical industry, food and processing industries.
