Liquidation of toxic wastes containing Prussian Blue with preparation of a new construction material!

Innovation Type - Method

Potential beneficiaries - Wineries

OUR WAY TO SOLVE AN ECOLOGICAL PROBLEM BRINGS OUT THE GENERATION OF PROFIT!

The wastes containing Prussian Blue are extremely toxic and cause the serious ecological problems for the wineries all around the world. To resolve this problem we propose a very efficient method of detoxication of winery wastes resulted from wine treatment with potassium hexacianoferate.
Toxic wastes containing Prussian Blue are moxed with the combustible ingradients, are pressed to remove the moisturem are decomposed and burnt in the furnace at high temperatures to provide the decomposition of toxic substances (cyanides). The obtained sludge does not contain the toxic substances, does not represent any harm for natural environment and can be used as a construction material.

ADVANTAGES

  • We liquidate the dumps with toxic wastes in ecologic way
  • We provide the high efficiency of filtration and thermal treatment
  • Any available furnace can be used for wastes combustion
  • We produce a new construction material in optimal regime of thermic detoxication!

Current stage of development - The normative documentation was developed entitled “Wastes containing Prussian Blue” and technological instructions for wastes treatment and thermal decomposition.

Where was applied - „Macon” SA - partide experimentale

Desired collaboration - Partnership for authorization of implementation and final product comercialization.
