WHAT IS THE ESSENCE OF OUR INNOVATION?

The problem of water pollution with insoluble liquids is among the most difficult at the worldwide level. We propose a solution of this problem by application of equipment for the collection of organic non-dissolving liquids from the water surface. The process of oil leaks treatment involves application of hydrolized magnetic floating sorbent which ensures the subsequent separation of petrol in the magnetic field.
Comparative analysis of conventional treatment processes:
As distinct from the existing purification methods, the spheroidal particles made of the expanded polystyrene which surface is covered with zinc ferrite, are used as hydrolized magnetic sorbent. The equipment for surface oil spills purification involves the case on which the following is mounted: rotative magnetic receiver hermetically closed, made of diamagnetic material, the protective shell, the device with the blades which provides the possibility to remove permanently the oil spills from the magnetic receiver and their collecting.

ADVANTAGES

• Assure the collecting of oil products from the water surface in case of oil spills
• High efficiency is guaranteed (3-5 times) compared to the existing methods of oil products collecting, due to the using of hydrolitic magnetic sorbent and collector with the magnetic receptor.
