WHY THE MIXTURE PROPOSED BY US IS SUPERIOUR TO THE TRADITIONAL METHODS?

Cold season always bring the serious problems with moving on ice and snow-covered roads. The traditional solution is considered to be kitchen salt which contributes to the snow melting. However the negative impact of kitchen salt on tre roads structure and environment is rare taken into consideration.
We propose a new anti-ice mixture with anti-corrosion properties which may be applied for cleaning the roads of ice and snow in an absolutely ecological way.
The proposed technology needs low investments and implies several simple operations using the industrial wastes:
- Mixing the sand and coagulated sludge, resulted from the potable water treatment, which contains aluminium, calcium and magnezium hydroxidocarbonates and silicates, and the mechanic suspensions with the humidity of 85-90%;
- Adding the lime milk (powder) up to pH 8,5-9,5. The % ratio of components is as follows: sand 70-75 and coagulated sludge 25-30.
