How to neutralize the wastes from wine demetallization?

OUR SOLUTION FOR ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT PROBLEMS WHICH FACE THE WINERIES FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD

As in the process of wine-making the large amounts of insoluble wastes are accumulated, we propose a simple and efficient method of their neutralization.
This process involves the preliminary dilution of wastes and their alkaline treatment with calcium hydroxide with agitation of the mixture. Prior to the alkaline treatment, the catholite solution containing sodium chloride, resulted from the diafragm electrolysis process, is introduced into the mixture supplementary. And at the final stage, the solution of anolite resulted from diafragm electrolysis, containing the electrochemically generated sodium hypochlorite (active chlorine), is introduced in the mixture under the certain conditions, provides the neutralization of solid wastes accumulated at your winery!
