ESSENCE OF THE INNOVATION:

The invention is related to the process of obtaining of phenol compounds from propolisis, which involves propolisis treatment with organic solvents, which were obtained by extraction during the propolysis treatment with the mixture of ethanol with chloroform. The invention can be used for preparation of medicinal preparations.

DESCRIPTION/ MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
Well-known methods of phenol compounds obtaining require large amount of works, high consumption of solvents per mass unit of final product. The process is associated with the heating of ether from oil products, which is easily flammable.
These disadvantages are overcome by the proposed invention. The essence of this method is the propolisis treatment with the mixture of ethanol and chloroform within 30 minutes. The extract obtained is refined from the wax, greasy and tar admixtures under the lower temperature and is filtered. Then the solvents of liquid extract are distilled in vacuum. The product obtained is repeatedly kept under the temperature -5…-10oC and is finally filtered from the residue.
