EVOLUTIA SI APARITIA NOULUI PROCEDEU DE OBTINERE A NANOTUBURILOR METALICE
New Procedure
The new procedure of manufacturing metallic nanotubes is characterized by the electrochemical feculence of metals inside the pores of a porous template under pressure impulses. Applying pressure impulses during the electrochemical process allows producing metallic nanotubes of wall thickness managed by electrical parameters and electrochemical feculence leadtime.
Traditional Procedure
There are 2 traditional methods used to produce metallic nanostructures. One method is called injection under pressure of a melted material in the pores of a porous material. Another method is known as an electrochemical metal loading of template pores made of aluminum oxide. An additional suggestion is based upon the chemical feculence inside the pores of a porous semiconductor template with a sensitized and catalytically activated surface.
ADVANTAGES
- Using a cheap equipment plus the required temperatures do not change porous material properties
- Manufacturing metallic nanotubes of a high quality thanks to a full filling of template pores
- Reducing the technological process by excluding the stages of sensitizing and catalytically activating the semiconductor template surface
Current stage of development - Development and Lab testing
